Pampered Chef Recipes
Most people have at least one Pampered Chef item in their kitchen. I have a lot and love to use them. These recipes use those tools to make the preparation so much easier.

I do not remember where I heard about the COST method, but it has stuck with me. These are recipes that leverage the same amount of time to cook or prepare multiple meals making It very simple to get a home cooked meal on the table quickly day-to-day.

I am Kim. I have been married to my wonderful husband Bill for almost 17 years. I am the mother of 5 children ranging from 5 to 29 years old. All but the youngest have played travel sports, 2 as hockey players. I am also the Director for a large corporation in the Chicago land area. As you can imagine my life is full, and robust and always moving.
I absolutely love to cook. It brings me calm after a stressful day, and bringing the family to the table for a few minutes is my favorites part of the day.
Fun fact: As life is always on the move in our household I like to ask my kids the 3-2-1 questions as often as possible. These include: 3 things that made you laugh or smile, 2 things that you learned, and 1 questions you have. It forces my kids to go through their day with a positive outlook and open eyes. It also helps me stay in tune with the details of their days.
