Mix the Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and set aside. If you want it a little less tangy add a little more ketchup. Play with the ratio of each ingredient to get the flavor your family will like.
Mix the 1/2 tablespoon of the garlic powder with the remaining dry ingredients.
In a large bowl mix the meat, eggs, milk, sauce sauce and dried ingredients. It is important to mix this well without over mixing. If you over mix then the meatloaf will be gummy.
Once the meat is mixed, using a Ninja Foodi Cake Pan place a little over half the meat mixture in the bottom of the pan. Make a lip around the edge as you want to place the cheeses in the depression in the middle and not have it leak out.
Add the cheese into the depression. Do not overfill. The cheese will melt and spread. I used mozzarella in my example, but will use cheddar or American or any cheese I have at the time.
Once the cheese is added use the remaining meat to over the cheese. Have the edges meet the lip made in the previous step and pinch to seal.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of garlic salt across the top of the meatloaf. Do not put opting on yet/
Add 1 cup water to the Ninja Foodi. Place the plan on a trivet or sling and lower into the Ninja Foodi. Place the pressure seal lid on and close be sure it is sealed. Set to High Pressure for 30 minutes. Once it is done let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes. Then release the remaining pressure.
Drain grease from the pan. Spread the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce over the top.
Place back in Ninja Foodi and using Broiler lid broil for about 5 minutes until the topping is a nice glaze.
