Ninja Foodi Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of grape seed or olive oil.
  • 12 ounces of spaghetti broken in halves or thirds.
  • 24 ounce of spaghetti sauce of your choice.  Or about 24 ounce of homemade sauce.
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 22-24  Ninja Foodi Italian Meatballs

Instructions

  • To make this, simply build layers in the Ninja Foodi.  
  • Place the meatballs as the base layer and stack as needed.  Cover with the beef stock.  
    Browning meatballs.
  • Add the spaghetti on the tops and simply press down into the beef stock.  Do not stir this in.

  • Cover with the jar of sauce.

  • Select Pressure on Ninja Foodi. Set to High for 8 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure once cooking is completed
  • Open and stir the spaghetti. Let rest for 5 minutes
    Cooked spaghetti
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
