Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c Pretzels crushed
  • 2 T Powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c Butter melted
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 c Powdered sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 20 oz Strawberries frozen
  • 2 c Hot Water
  • 1 Jello Large Strawberry

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix Pretzels, melted butter and 2 T powdered sugar together in pan. Pat down in a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Beat cream cheese and egg together until smooth. Add cup of powdered sugar and beat again. Then fold in the Cool Whip. Chill for 15 minutes.
  • Mix Jello with hot water and juice from strawberries. Add strawberries and pour over the cheese mixture.

  • Chill until ready to serve.
