Summer Strawberry, Cucumber and Melon Salad

Refreshing and easy to make summer salad. Real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 ea Cucumber, halved lengthwise and cut into ¼ inch slices
  • 1 Cup Honeydew melon cut into one inch pieces
  • 16 Ounces Strawberries, cleaned, yelled and halved
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Ea Lime

Instructions

  • Gently mix the strawberries, cucumber and melon together in a large bowl.

  • Zest the lime and mix with honey and about 2 tablespoons of fresh squeezed lime juice in a separate small bowl as dressing.
  • When ready to serve give the dressing a quick mix and dump over strawberries, cucumbers and melon. Mix gently to cover.
