Ninja Foodi Navy Bean and Ham Soup
A meaty, filling soup that gets better each day it is served as leftovers. Great way to use a holiday ham bone.

- 1 Each Meaty ham bone Great for holidays ham bones. Can mark with just extra loose meat as well.
- 1 Pound Navy Beans
- 8 Cups Water
- ¼ Cup Onion, chopped
- ½ Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Each Bay Leaf
- 2 Each LArge carrots, skinned and chopped
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper
Add all ingredients to the Ninja Foodi. I place the ham bone and beans in first. Sprinkle the other ingredients around it and add the water last.
Place the pressure lid on the Ninja Foodi in the closed position. Cook on High for 90 minutes.
Release the pressure when cooking is complete. Pull out any ham bones. This should be easy to do as they will come out “clean” with no meat attached.
When serving be sure to pull out the bay leaf as well.
